Strength Training – Back and Bicep Workout
All of the exercises that we will be doing use body weight.
If you feel comfortable and would like to add in resistance or weight it’s totally up to you.
All these exercises can be easily found on You Tube – although I will put in the links when I get a chance.
Low Plank – 20 seconds
Shoulder Taps x 20
Side Plank – 20 seconds
Bridge – 20 reps
Dog Bird – 20 reps
Lateral Plank Walk – 5 Steps Right – 5 Steps Left
Do 4 Sets of the above exercises and be sure to take a minute breather between the sets.
