Its been a few weeks since we last spoke. So there is plenty to catch up on.

Keegan Cup & Rugby

Ratoath GAA beat Summerhill to win the Keegan Cup in the Meath County Final. Although Wes is still a bit concerned as to why Michael was actually there!

Michael assured him that it was to tow the club line. Besides Aisling wanted him to come along.

In the Get Involved Podcast Episode 46. We chatted about the Leinster v Munster match in Lansdowne Road – but Wes was happy enough to have it called The Aviva.

Sea swimming was on the agenda again. We spoke about the recent sea swim in Portmarnock

There certainly was a great energy around the place. We were there on the invitation of John Boland. To take part in a 10k run or to walk the beach. What a cracking morning it turned out to be. The sun was shining and the scenery was just fantastic. On a side note. John is off to Nepal to climb to Everest Base Camp. We are very excited to see his social media feed as I’m sure it’s going to be a breathtaking experience.
