Cooking & Baking
While you are in isolation we have put together a few backing and cooking ideas for you to try out. Please give them a go and let us know how they went for you. Feel free to send us any ideas that you have.
We have put together workouts from a few well known Personal Trainers in the county. We have content from a simple warm up exercise to more intensive workouts to mimic the gym environment.
This section has a few suggestions for walks that you can do. While some of the local amenities and parks have been closed please do check on opening times and restrictions before you head off out.
