OUR EVERYDAY INSPIRATIONAL MOTIVATORS
SE O HANLON – THE FATHER IN LAW
Earlier in the life of the Lemonade Kart I had a great chat with former cyclist Sé O Hanlon – we went through the questions that I have around motivation etc.
Sé, who is now 77 – still leads an extremely active life hill walking, cycling and wall climbing. He is also a 4 times winner of the RÁS Cycle race, not to mention he’s my father in law!
A short chat with Sé can be very informative and somewhat inspirational, I have heard this from people who meet him – I know him so long that to me he is Sé, the sensible one! If you have an issue – he’s a good one to seek advice from.
Please do read his responses and I would appreciate any feedback you have on this as a feature.
SHARON DOHERTY – THE PERSONAL TRAINER / COACH
One of the things I always wanted to do as part of The Lemonade Kart was to highlight regular everyday people that in their day to day life have the ability to motivate and inspire others around them.
Although I have never met with this person in the flesh – I have heard so much about her from other people that I know. I then started to follow her online and realised that what I had heard was bang on.
Let me introuduce you to Sharon D Doherty – an everyday person who has the ability to insipre those around her.
I have included a clip from her recent interview on LMFM and an article that featured in a national newspaper.
A truly inspirational individual who goes from strength to strentgh.
KEITH RUSSELL – NO. 20
I am so grateful that Keith gave me the opportunity to speak to him in February 2019.
From the outset I wanted this page to be about ordinary people – ordinary people with the ability to do extraordinary things.
Keith in my eyes is an example of such a person.
With that in mind I wanted to find out what motivates him.
I hope that this might provide inspiration – thank you again Keith!
STEPHEN MCDONNELL – THE PERSONAL TRAINER
So Lemonade Kart Passengers!
I would like to introduce to you a new section to the Kart. I went out and about to speak to different people from different walks of life and ages.
I asked the same list of questions and got their responses.
The idea behind this was to get their thoughts and perhaps that would in turn help someone else that is going through issues and needs a little pick me up.
Introducing Motivation Q&A.
The first person to go LIVE is Stephen McDonnell – Stephen is a personal trainer from Navan.
Please do take a moment to read and hopefully you might find some inspiration / motivation there!
Who do you know that you could invite on board – please do invite them to hop on The Lemonade Kart!
